Longspan Shelving is composed of beams, shelves, upright frames and other parts. Assembling and dismantling 

are simple and quick, high-strength steel shelves by continuous punching and rolling. Based on the features 

and requirements of goods, the shelving can be collocated with particle board, wire decking, Zinc steel panel, 

rolling metal decking to make them ideal for many different environments. 

The rack shelving is available from one layer to multi layer applications, utilizing perfect warehouse height. 

The loading capacity each layer will be up to 500kgs. You can remove beams up and down with a pitch of 50mm to 

adjust height of each layer freely. As it’s designed for loading and unloading items by people hand pick 

operation without mechanical equipment, particularly suitable for automotive components, supermarkets, libraries, 

hospitals and pharmacies etc the storage needs.




Feature of auto parts and fittings shelves:

1, Diverse partition decking are applied, such as MDF board, steel panel, mesh decking etc. 

2, The appearance can be processed with powder coated or galvanized perfectly to keep good look and anti rust 

and corrosive. 

3, Storage space of each layer can be divided freely by fixing separators to the steel panel with holes in it. 

4, There are support bars are fixed to the bottom of steel panel in order to reinforce the loading capacity.
