Heavy Duty Multi-level Mezzanine Racks and Shevles Storage System

Mezzanine Racks System is used at the condition of warehouse space is not enough, building new tiers by steel 

beams, upright frames and lying with metal plates to create extra storage space. Each tier will be design and 

placed with different types of racking and shelving for storing items that medium duty but small quantities 

and large volume. The steel upright structure of rack can offer support ability to upper floors and superstructure.

The mezzanine storage system is freely to design to two tiers, three tiers and four tiers according to actual room 

dimensions and realistic demanding. In order to get high efficient for goods moving between tiers it could be 

equipped with conveyor, elevator and such the supporting accessories. On the first floor it should be the heaviest 

items taking load and unload by forklift, hand push truck and trolley. The second and third floor should be loaded 

with little lighter items and on the walkway and aisle between racks it accepts hand push truck and cart.  

The multi-tiers storage system is widely used in the field of auto industry, especially in auto parts storage as 

it’s small quantity and multi-category that needs picking operation by manual and handle.
